It's Friday - What's cookin in the kitchen??

MUFFINS for breakfast??? Ohh YEaaaahhh MUffins for Breakfast!!!!!!!
It's friday, the sun is shining - and we had to try the new flour :)) 
It's the first time I'm baking with gluten free flour. It taste a little ...uhm...not strange, -but deffently different than ordinary flour. But I think mine and Theo's stomach will be more happy now  :)


GLUTENFRIE BLÅBÆR MUFFINS

2.5 dl sukker
125 g. margarin
Røres hvitt med mixer
3 egg blandes i ett og ett i gangen
Sikt i :
1 ts bakepulver 
2 dl Jyttemel
Hell røren i muffinsformer og tilsett frosne blåbær. 
Stekes på 170 grader i ca 10 - 15 min.
