What's Cookin' !!?

As u can see, I've updated my blog with a fresh and new background!
At first I was a little sceptic, but now I really like it! ♥

Since last time, both my boys have received their cups, and Wow are they happy with them!

Yes We love flea-markeds!!   
This weekend we went shopping at 2 flea-markeds, grabbed a bunch of stuff!!
 
 Almost brand new ice-skates for me, and football-shoes for Theo!

A medical-cabinet!!! 
I'm SO gonna paint a bunny with bandage on it, aaaaaw! 

 For the knifes!  The chef in the house was happy for that one!

.....and three bags of clothes, yay!

Because of my gluten and milk-allergy, I've now started to eat and cook in a new way.
I figured I'd share one of my favourite recipe! They're awesome for everyone -
and then especially if u'r allergic to gluten. 

Go Nuts-Energy Bars! 

1. Chop 1 hand of each:
Nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds) 
and then 5 dl Oatmel. 
Put everything into a roasting pan.
2. Add a little taste of  Cinnamon and orange peel.
3. Add melted honey  (I use about 2 ss)
4. Mix everything good so it all gets a little touch of the honey.
5. Bake it in the oven at 120 degrees, until it gets a golden colour (about 10-15 min)

 6. Take out the roasting-pan, and then mix in dried fruit 
(I use raisins, dried pineapple and papaya)
- and if wanted : chopped chocolate (Yummi mummi!!)
7. Add : more melted honey (4-5 ss)
and 1 hand of Kruskakli (it's what binds them)
8. Shape small bars with ur fingers, and put them on a baking sheet.
9. Bake them in the oven another 15 min, and they're all done!
